Lemon Tahini Arugula Salad
This is my go to “I don’t know what to have for lunch” salad. It’s soooo easy, and its super delicious. You can easily make it a balanced meal by just throwing your favorite protein on top. I personally love it with chicken or salmon. Sometimes when I’m extra hungry (and I have enough time) I even throw in some roasted sweet potatoes.
